The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in Euros (€).
Shipping costs will depend on the destination and characteristics of the product (size, weight ...). These are specified during the payment process, before finalizing.

SHIPMENTS
Shipments will be made through the Post Office (ordinary shipping) . The time from package preparation to dispatch is 2-3 business days. The customer will be notified via e-mail when the package has been sent. The delivery time will depend on the courier company, estimating 3-5 working days (mainland Spain).

The delivery of the orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the user. The seller does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, as is the absence of the addressee.
If the client so wishes, certified shipping can be made, insurance or through another parcel company. To do this, you must contact us through art.mercheber@gmail.com, specifying the desired modality. Additional costs will be borne by the buyer.

CUSTOMS EXPENSES
In the event that the shipment requires customs clearance, we remind you that the prices indicated for shipping costs do not include import taxes (duties), which will be managed and paid at the destination by the recipient of the merchandise.
NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS
All the products available in the online store are unique and original pieces , all of them made by Merche Ber by hand, without molds (unless otherwise specified). A signed certificate of authenticity is sent with the piece.
Due to its handmade nature, small variations in color or "blemishes" are to be expected.
Ceramic pieces are fragile in nature, so it is recommended to handle with care. Unless otherwise specified, indoor use is recommended. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
Merche Ber is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as of the elements contained therein (images, audio, video, texts, brands or logos). All rights reserved.
By virtue of the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the method of making them available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of Merche Ber.
RETURNS
The customer will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer . In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition , the refund being made after receipt of the product and once its perfect condition has been verified.
The pieces are sent carefully protected, however in the event that your order has suffered any damage during its shipment , contact us in the first 24 hours from receipt via email art.mercheber@gmail.com, and once verified, it will be reimbursed.
